REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient with basic tools and systems (CRM or ticketing systems a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and review incoming pest control service requests from property management clients
  • Identify and coordinate with qualified local pest control vendors to fulfill service requests
  • Negotiate pricing and service details with vendors to align with coverage and cost expectations
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments between vendors and tenants
  • Track each request through completion, ensuring timelines, communication, and quality standards are met
  • Communicate clearly with tenants and property managers regarding status updates and next steps
  • Document service details, outcomes, and exceptions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate issues as needed and help resolve service delays or complications
  • Contribute feedback and insights to help improve processes, automation, and vendor performance over time
