Xactimate Estimator

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of hands-on Xactimate estimating experience in reconstruction and/or mitigation

Strong knowledge of estimating practices, line-item selection, and pricing logic

Familiarity with restoration and carrier documentation expectations (photos, moisture logs, notes)

Excellent attention to detail, written communication, and internal consistency checking

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and produce consistent deliverables

RESPONSIBILITIES

Write accurate, detailed Xactimate estimates aligned with industry standards and reasonable repair methodology

Maintain reliable turnaround (typical 24–48 hours for standard assignments, agreed upon at assignment)

Communicate professionally and efficiently when clarification is required (minimal back-and-forth)

Deliver files in the required format (e.g., ESX/PDF) through our submission workflow

Protect confidentiality and maintain organized, error-free documentation
