REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in a sales or customer-facing role — insurance, real estate, auto, medical device, home services, or similar
• Comfortable presenting proposals and closing over the phone or video
• Detail-oriented enough to review reports and build accurate quotes
• Self-directed and disciplined working remotely
• Looking to grow into a higher-earning, skill-based sales career
• Coachable, process-driven, and hungry to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review completed roof inspection reports and damage documentation
• Build accurate project estimates using our digital tools — no field work required
• Present proposals to homeowners and property managers via phone and video call
• Walk customers through scope of work, pricing, and next steps
• Follow up on open proposals and close restoration jobs
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and hit monthly revenue targets
