  • Extensive understanding of all Data Conversion tools
  • Strong relationships across Karmak teams
  • Able to handle difficult situations with customers as well as Implementation team members
  • Assumes ownership and embraces personal accountability
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • 2-5 years Data Migration Analyst experience a plus
  • Ability to mentor multiple team members at one time and provide guidance on best practices for Data Conversion

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively demonstrates leadership qualities and is comfortable working alongside Implementation Management team.
  • Act as point person for all conversion technical questions, conversion best practice guidance, and customer conversion concerns for both internal and external customers.
  • Quotes all Custom Data Conversions and coordinates completion of work with Data Integration Engineer and Customer.
  • Owns all aspects of Custom Data Conversion revenue and what is currently in the pipeline with deadlines for completion.
  • Mentors all Implementation team members actively doing Data Conversion on best practices, potential roadblocks, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Has knowledge and understanding of SQL and Fusion SQL table structure.
  • Seeks out process improvement and recognizes needs to improve customer experience with Data Conversion services.
  • Manages workflow of Data Conversion and makes suggestions for areas of improvement.
  • Works closely with Resource Coordinators to manage Data Conversion scheduling and workload. Is able to make scheduling decisions to accommodate staffing and customer needs/services.
  • Owns and maintains Data Conversion Schedule and all active and upcoming conversions and potential roadblocks.
  • Builds rapport and relationships with all teams inside of Karmak.
  • Builds rapport and relationships with Karmak Customers.
  • Informs Implementation Managers of Customer concerns well in advance and looks for proactive solutions to address Customer concerns.
