Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Customer service, hospitality, scheduling, sales, administrative, or travel experience is a plus but not required
Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software and booking platforms
Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within LATAM
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and coordinate vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, flights, tours, and transportation
Create customized travel itineraries based on each client’s preferences and budget
Research destinations, accommodations, attractions, and travel options
Coordinate reservations and monitor booking confirmations
Communicate with clients throughout the planning process to provide updates and answer questions
Review travel documents and itineraries for accuracy before departure
Maintain organized digital records and client files
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
