  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and disciplined
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to commit to 20 hours per week
  • Quiet workspace, reliable computer, and high-speed internet
  • Must not have full-time employment elsewhere

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play a direct role in helping service advisors improve performance, elevate customer experience, and drive results.
  • Listen to recorded customer calls
  • Identify suitable sales calls
  • Evaluate performance using structured criteria
  • Provide scoring and coaching insights that support improvement
