REQUIREMENTS
- Must have Sales experience in closing jobs.
- Must be able to upsell jobs.
- Must have 1 year experice in dispatch/sales.
- Must be a team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and prioritize incoming dispatch requests via multi-line phone systems, text, e-mail, and ensuring prompt and professional phone etiquette.
- Coordinate with Customers and technicians ETA’s when technicians/customers ask for eta through text or phone.
- Assigning work orders to technicians after customers books, reaching out to find technicians for same-day installations or booking appointment out.
- Scheduling work in Markate app,and booking in the Quo phone system, must be able to multi task.
- Must be able to answer different phone lines from different states and able to read a strip that’s converted into our pricing calculator to customers.
- Must be able to use Apple Maps when making sure you map to the correct technicians to customer home.
