REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in customer service or B2C sales
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Self-motivated, reliable, and disciplined
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to commit to 20 hours per week
- Quiet workspace, reliable computer, and high-speed internet
- Must not have full-time employment elsewhere
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Play a direct role in helping service advisors improve performance, elevate customer experience, and drive results.
- Listen to recorded customer calls
- Identify suitable sales calls
- Evaluate performance using structured criteria
- Provide scoring and coaching insights that support improvement
