- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist customers with insurance inquiries, applications, and policy updates
- Explain available insurance plans and help clients make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
