• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers with insurance inquiries, applications, and policy updates
• Explain available insurance plans and help clients make informed decisions
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
