REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and courteously
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Experience or interest in upselling techniques is a plus but not mandatory; training will be available for interested candidates
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the organisation and tracking of project tasks and deadlines using data entry tools
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, and other channels, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Support analysis of project data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to upselling efforts by identifying client needs and presenting suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, updates, and client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope
- Provide multilingual support as needed, particularly in Spanish and English, to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
