RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist team members with onboarding and setting up their remote work stations to ensure seamless integration.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments, managing calendars to optimize team productivity.
  • Provide timely support for technical issues by troubleshooting common problems or escalating as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members across various departments to facilitate project workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of remote work activities, equipment inventories, and support tickets.
  • Monitor communication channels to promptly address questions or concerns from remote staff.
  • Support the implementation of company policies related to remote work and flexible schedules.
