- Proven experience in a telemarketing, appointment setting, or call centre role is essential.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, confident, and engaging telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively while working independently.
- A high level of self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
- An interest in electric vehicles or sustainable technology would be advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists.
- Clearly and confidently introduce E-Moto USA and our innovative range of electric vehicles.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and accurately qualify their interest.
- Schedule confirmed appointments for our dedicated sales consultants.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all call outcomes and customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and provide a positive customer experience at all times.
