RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering friendly and professional support.
- Manage outbound calls to follow up on client needs, gather feedback, or promote relevant products and services.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide clear guidance on product or service usage.
- Handle data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date within company systems.
- Apply excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Support client services by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
