REQUIREMENTS
- Licensing: Any active State Life & Health Insurance Producer License
- Work Environment: Access to a quiet, dedicated home office space equipped with a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a professional phone/headset setup.
- Mindset: Strong self-discipline and an entrepreneurial mindset necessary to manage your own hours and book of business successfully.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate financial conversations with empathy.
Experience:
- Sales, Account Management, or Insurance: 1 year (Preferred, but not required)
License/Certification:
- Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review provided, inbound client lead requests to evaluate their life insurance and financial protection needs.
- Conduct remote consultation calls with interested individuals to explain policy options clearly and empathetically.
- Utilize our extensive carrier portfolio to source and match clients with the best term life, whole life, or specialized protection products.
- Assist clients through the digital enrollment, application submittal, and underwriting processes.
- Manage your own pipeline and book of business using provided CRM tracking tools.
- Maintain a high level of professional integrity and strict compliance with state insurance regulations.
