REQUIREMENTS
- Prior customer service, account assistance, or administrative experience is a plus
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and spreadsheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and communication platforms
- Assist with account inquiries, updates, and general requests
- Accurately enter and maintain customer and account information in internal systems
- Track open tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Work closely with internal teams to support efficient account activities
