REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in hospitality or food service is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
- Certification in food safety or responsible beverage service is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous for diverse clientele.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Provide exceptional customer service by attentively taking orders and ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and detailed descriptions of daily specials to enhance their selection.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system, ensuring prompt and precise communication with the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and managing the flow of service.
