Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, Tamil, or other languages will be an added advantage.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and investors.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Explain Dubai real estate investment opportunities and project details.
• Follow up with inquiries received through digital marketing campaigns.
• Schedule meetings and property presentations for sales consultants.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
