REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of experience in fund operations, asset management, private equity, family office, investment funds or fund administration.
3+ years of Dubai/UAE experience – mandatory.
Currently based in Dubai and ideally working with a DIFC-based fund, asset manager, family office or fund administrator.
Strong exposure to DIFC/DFSA and Mauritius fund structures.
Practical understanding of India FDI/ODI/FPI and cross-border investments.
Experience reviewing investment/fund documentation and investor protections.
Comfortable working directly with Partners, CIOs, Founders or senior investment teams.

RESPONSIBILITES

Manage the complete lifecycle of fund investments — structuring, subscription, capital deployment, monitoring, distributions and exits.
Review fund structures, subscription agreements, side letters and investor rights, ensuring appropriate protection of invested capital.
Monitor how fund managers deploy capital into underlying investments, SPVs and portfolio companies.
Oversee DIFC/DFSA and Mauritius fund structures, regulatory requirements and ongoing compliance.
Assess India FDI, ODI, FPI and other cross-border investment considerations for India-linked investments.
Monitor portfolio governance, valuations, capital calls, distributions, reporting and investment compliance.
Oversee AML/KYC, UBO, FATCA/CRS, economic substance and regulatory filings.
Coordinate with fund managers, fund administrators, lawyers, banks, custodians, auditors and regulators.
Evaluate investment structures from commercial, operational and regulatory perspectives, identifying risks before capital is deployed.
In the longer term, lead the setup and operation of the company’s own investment fund, including jurisdiction selection, structure, licensing, service providers, documentation, governance and ongoing operations.
