REQUIREMENTS

• Senior compliance-policy experience within fintech, banking, payments, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance controls, and governance. –
• Strong policy-writing, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational policies.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies and standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business activities.
• Work with legal, compliance, product, and operational teams on policy implementation.
• Support compliance governance, assessments, and regulatory documentation.
