REQUIREMENTS

1. Prior experience in sales and field promotion/store visiting; willing to conduct daily on site store visits.

2. Strong communication and execution skills, adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.

3. Complete assigned tasks on schedule and provide timely feedback on market conditions.

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Store Development: Plan daily visit routes, call on retail stores within the assigned territory, and drive brand product distribution into stores.

2. Regular Store Follow up: Conduct periodic visits to onboarded stores, monitor product sales performance, follow up on restocking, replenish brand marketing materials, and provide on site support for product promotion upon store requests.

3. Store Operation Strategy Planning: Regularly analyze sales performance of regional stores, and propose optimization and improvement strategies to supervisors for better sales uplift.
