REQUIREMENTS

• Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Strong sales orientation combined with exceptional customer service skills to promote positive client relationships
• Bilingual capabilities that enhance communication with a broader client base
• Proven experience in call center environments or outbound/inbound calling roles
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
• Superior phone etiquette, active listening abilities, and clear verbal communication skills
• Analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate solutions
• Experience in customer support or client services roles that require patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming calls and digital inquiries with professionalism, enthusiasm, and efficiency, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clear communication
• Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele, ensuring language barriers do not hinder service quality
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to follow up on inquiries or provide additional assistance, promoting positive client engagement
• Maintain accurate data entry of client interactions, updates, and transaction details using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall service delivery
