Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be able to type 35 Words Per Minute
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must own and provide work equipment for work from home

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform efficient and elite inbound and outbounds calls.
  • Set appointments, follow-up on appointments, and provide information to customers.
  • Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control to ensure continuous achievement of individualized goals.
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members.
  • Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
