Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role with office management responsibilities.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, general computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for professional client interactions.
  • Digial office experience including clerical tasks such as document management, digital file organization, and proofreading.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Zoho, Kajabi, Wix, Monday.com, Zoom desireable but not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with our client, our proprietary web-based inventory software, performing beta testing, logging results into Monday.com, maintaining our Zoho knowledge base, and providing live customer support virtually by responding to inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Support office management activities such as document preparation, and general administrative assistance.
  • Assist with research tasks as needed to support social media posts and articles.
  • Work on social medial posts, deploying articles published and daily posts.
  • Work on Wix websites and Kajabi course creation site, helping owner in updating pages and helping host free Zoom webinars.
