REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online tools)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good written communication skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Prior administrative or virtual assistant experience is a plus but not required
Preferred
- Google Workspace or Microsoft Office experience
- CRM system familiarity
- Previous remote work experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointment scheduling
- Assist with client communication and follow-ups
- Support real estate listing coordination and updates
- Organize digital files, documents, and records
- Maintain CRM systems and internal databases
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
