REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: At least 1 year of administrative, legal, or customer service experience (law firm experience is a plus!).
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and legal
- software (training available).
- Detail-oriented: Ability to follow procedures and handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Problem-Solver: Someone who takes initiative and can work independently.
- Reliable & Professional: Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and basic CRM platforms
- Availability during business hours (Eastern Time preferred) to align with our team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a law firm or personal injury field is a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage client communication via phone, email, and chat.
- Schedule consultations, follow up on leads, and assist attorneys with administrative tasks.
- Organize case files, input data into our CRM, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct basic legal research and draft correspondence as needed.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and document management.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
