REQUIREMENTS

• A recognised teaching qualification and relevant degree
• Proven senior leadership experience within a school setting
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and school improvement
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative and proactive leadership style
• Experience within British curriculum schools preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the strategic leadership and operational management of the school
• Driving high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement
• Leading staff development, coaching, and performance management
• Promoting excellent pastoral care and safeguarding practices
• Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Supporting school improvement initiatives and compliance requirements
