REQUIREMENTS
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfortable making multiple verification calls daily
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn
- Works well independently and as part of a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Makes 40+ outbound phone calls per day to verify information
- Sends and follows up on emails or faxes to confirm document details and obtain results
- Reviews documents for accuracy before making calls
- Works with the Auditor and Manager to complete orders accurately
- Collaborate with team members as needed
