REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States
• Comfortable using a computer and online systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Work Environment
• Fully remote position

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to client travel inquiries
• Assist with cruise and all-inclusive vacation planning
• Provide accurate travel information and options
• Maintain organized client records and booking details
• Follow up with clients as needed
• Use web-based booking and supplier systems (training provided)
• Deliver professional and timely customer service
