  • Previous customer service or travel-related experience is helpful but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist clients with travel booking requests and general travel inquiries
  • Coordinate reservations for accommodations, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
  • Provide accurate travel information, policies, and itinerary details
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and travel suppliers
  • Ensure booking information and customer records are updated accurately
  • Follow company procedures and industry compliance standards
