REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards to advise clients effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets to create customized travel plans.
• Utilize reservation systems and global distribution systems (GDS) to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities efficiently.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel documentation, health requirements, and local customs to enhance client confidence.
• Manage travel scheduling by coordinating multiple reservations and ensuring all components of the trip align perfectly.
• Communicate proactively with clients through various channels to update them on trip details, changes, or special offers.
• Assist clients with travel modifications or cancellations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the travel industry and maintain a thorough understanding of hotel experiences and hospitality services worldwide.
