REQUIREMENTS
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• A positive, professional, and team oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in an educational, training, or customer service environment is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide front-desk support and respond to enquiries from learners, trainers, and visitors.
• Manage registration, attendance records, and learner documentation.
• Assist with scheduling training sessions, room bookings, and trainer coordination.
• Prepare training materials, certificates, and centre communications.
• Maintain accurate databases, filing systems, and digital records.
• Support finance processes such as invoicing, fee collection, and receipt tracking.
• Ensure the training centre environment is organized, welcoming, and compliant with internal procedures.
• Assist with events, assessments, and quality assurance activities as required.
