Training and Development Partner
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in learning and development, talent enablement, or organizational development
- Proven track record of leading live training sessions and one-on-one coaching engagements
- Experience conducting training needs assessments and translating findings into actionable development plans
- Experience with LMS implementation or managing L&D infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
Preferred
- Experience coaching leaders on performance management and accountability
- Strong instructional design skills that prioritize behavior change
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, high-standards environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct deep organizational assessments to identify skill and capability gaps across all departments
- Lead regular one-on-one coaching sessions with individual contributors, managers, and directors
- Design and deliver manager development curricula focused on accountability, feedback, and communication
- Build and facilitate new hire training programs to accelerate time-to-contribution
- Own the end-to-end execution of the AI Enablement Program
- Implement and manage the company’s first Learning Management System (LMS)
- Create diverse learning content including guides, workshops, and presentations
- Track program metrics and report results to leadership to drive continuous improvement
