Technical Program Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of technical program or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of relevant technologies, software development methodologies, and software development processes (S-SDLC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and development practices.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Drive technical projects from concept to completion while managing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, design, and business teams.
• Lead technical planning, estimation, and prioritization sessions.
• Document technical decisions and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and remove obstacles for engineering teams.
• Balance technical tradeoffs with business requirements and timelines.
