Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong time management and follow-through
- Professional phone presence and communication style
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Preferred
- Experience in customer success, account management, client services, enrollment management, membership development, recruiting, fundraising, admissions, or consultative sales
- Experience speaking with executive-level professionals
- CRM experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain professional relationships with executives and industry leaders
- Conduct phone and virtual meetings with prospective and active participants
- Facilitate onboarding and engagement activities for assigned programs
- Conduct executive research and outreach conversations
- Help participants identify opportunities that align with their professional goals and interests
- Manage a pipeline of active participants and maintain regular follow-up
- Track engagement activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve program outcomes and participant experiences
- Maintain consistent communication with participants throughout their engagement journey
- Meet established activity and performance expectations
