REQUIREMENTS

Technical literacy, with a solid grasp of modern integration patterns, APIs, and agile software lifecycles
Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and the deployment of structured execution frameworks
The ability to remain composed and effective while managing risks in rapidly changing environments
Strong communication skills required to bridge the gap between technical teams and business partners
Capability to build trust and maintain forward motion even when teams have conflicting priorities
Familiarity with leveraging automation and AI to boost personal productivity and team visibility
Track record of supporting technical work through production readiness and successful deployment
Exceptional organizational habits with a constant focus on accountability and team speed

RESPONSIBILITES

Orchestrate the full lifecycle of complex initiatives, ensuring teams remain aligned on timelines and core deliverables
Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Product, and business leads to keep progress visible at all levels
Evaluate and mitigate potential risks, partnering with key stakeholders to develop robust contingency plans
Spot resource gaps and work alongside leadership to clear any blockers preventing steady progress
Drive clarity by ensuring that all assigned delivery roadmaps satisfy both operational and technical benchmarks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage technical dependencies for seamless production launches
Convert complex technical updates into readable status reports highlighting business value and risk
Balance shifting priorities and foster consensus among stakeholders with diverse requirements
Utilize AI advancements like Claude and Cursor to refine internal reporting, documentation, and overall output
Expertly manage Jira and Confluence to provide stakeholders with clear tracking and project visibility
