Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable financial-services role.
• Experience focused on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
• Proven experience acquiring and managing Introducing Broker relationships.
• In-depth understanding of Nigerian financial markets and the regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing.
• Experience with budgeting, budget controls, unit economics, and P&L management.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Identify and develop business opportunities in Nigeria to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
• Build and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers and other acquisition partners.
• Develop go-to-market and business-development strategies tailored to the Nigerian market.
• Develop client-acquisition and retention strategies across multiple marketing channels.
• Promote our client’s multi-asset trading products, trading terminal, and MetaTrader 5 platform.
• Ensure operations comply with applicable local regulations and company policies.
• Report market trends, business-development activity, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Build and manage a regional team when required.
