REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Automobile, IT, or relevant field).
• 5–10+ years of relevant technical experience in the industry.
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of the technical domain.
• Experience in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.

Preferred :

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, data, and reports.
• Experience in training or mentoring teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert technical advice and solutions to operational or project-related issues.
• Support planning, design, and implementation of technical processes and systems.
• Review technical documents, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Assist teams in troubleshooting complex technical problems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct technical assessments, inspections, or audits when required.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and management to improve processes.
• Recommend improvements in tools, systems, and operational methods.
• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to staff or clients.
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and industry trends.
