RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets for school qualifications.
- Monitor sales activity, track results, and report on performance, pipeline, and market trends to senior management.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners, school groups, and ministries to maximize opportunities.
- Collaborate with training, marketing, and product teams to ensure regional initiatives support growth.
- Coach and performance-manage direct reports, ensuring clear goals and a positive team culture.
