Talent Sourcing Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
HS Diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Taleo, or iCIMS; HRIS systems like Workday or Kronos; and payroll/HR management tools such as Paychex or ADP.
Experience with social media management for talent acquisition purposes across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook.
Strong research skills combined with relationship management capabilities to build a robust talent pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create targeted, compelling outreach messages that communicate value propositions and role opportunities.
Proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates for Electrical and Mechanical assemblers, Technical Engineering positions, Trades, Engineers, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and Executive roles.
Conduct market mapping to identify competitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across regions.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Paychex, Wize hire, Indeed, and LI Recruiter to identify candidate pools and pipeline efficiently.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media management tools, HRIS platforms like Paychex and other innovative channels to generate high-quality candidate leads.
Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
