Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in talent management or recruitment roles within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong background in social media management and social media marketing strategies aimed at talent attraction.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agency management processes and contract negotiations.
  • Experience in marketing or sales related to employer branding or recruitment campaigns.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices across digital platforms and traditional channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and external partners. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including social media platforms and job boards.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns to promote employer branding and attract diverse candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts with recruitment agencies, freelancers, and other external partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives, including onboarding, performance tracking, and career development programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling content that highlights company culture and employment opportunities.
  • Lead recruiting efforts by screening applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics to inform strategic decisions.
