Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous at least 5 years of experience in Emiratization recruitment
- Background in recruitment agencies, executive search, or in-house talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of the local market and Emiratization initiatives
- Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Preferred :
- Government or semi-government hiring
- Executive search / headhunting
- Career fairs and university outreach programs
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end Emiratization recruitment projects across government, semi-government, and private sector clients
- Source and engage Emirati candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, career fairs, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Emirati talent pools and stakeholders
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
- Support clients with Emiratization strategies and market insights
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Ensure timely delivery against hiring targets and KPIs
