Sourcing Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is required
- Previous recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or coordination experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and adaptable
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup)
- Reliable hardware including an Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or equivalent, 8 GB RAM, webcam, and noise-canceling USB headset
- A quiet, dedicated home office space
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate outreach and maintain organized recruiting workflows
- Assist with interview coordination and scheduling
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing documentation
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Support recruiting operations and talent pipeline management initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with the team to provide thoughtful input and ideas
