Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous at least 5 years of experience in Emiratization recruitment
  • Background in recruitment agencies, executive search, or in-house talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of the local market and Emiratization initiatives
  • Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Preferred :

  • Government or semi-government hiring
  • Executive search / headhunting
  • Career fairs and university outreach programs

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end Emiratization recruitment projects across government, semi-government, and private sector clients
  • Source and engage Emirati candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, career fairs, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Emirati talent pools and stakeholders
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
  • Support clients with Emiratization strategies and market insights
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Ensure timely delivery against hiring targets and KPIs
