REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in a recruitment or HR setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance or willingness to learn.
- Experience in ICIMS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages ATS updates and candidate records to ensure compliance with government contracting regulations.
- Assists with the preparation and posting of job ads.
- Prepares and maintains recruitment-related reports, including diversity and compliance reports.
- Processes offer within the ATS.
- Help incumbent capture efforts as needed.
