Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Exhibits proficiency in using ERP systems and other supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Possesses strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve any discrepancies in shipments promptly.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, such as reducing lead times or optimizing transportation routes.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions within the supply chain system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and warehouse, to streamline operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain efficiency and identify potential issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance overall performance.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Support the resolution of any supply chain-related issues, such as shortages, delays, or quality problems, efficiently.
