Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred.
• Possession of a valid security license or certification, as required by local regulations, is essential.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, is preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, or corporate security sectors is highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage security personnel, ensuring they adhere to established protocols and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the effectiveness of security measures.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Monitor security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access control, responding promptly to alerts and coordinating appropriate responses.
