Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction, fit-out, or finishing works.
  • Proven experience working on high-end residential, hospitality, or premium development projects.
  • Strong background in quality control for finishing and architectural works.
  • Previous experience with leading developer or construction companies like EMAAR, DAMAC, MERAAS, OMNIYAT in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and/or India is strongly preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of site coordination, finishing sequences, inspection processes, and project reporting.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, material schedules, and technical details.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • English fluency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out daily supervision of construction activities and finishing works on site.
  • Monitor the progress of works and ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Perform quality control inspections of finishes, materials, workmanship, and installation standards.
  • Identify defects, non-conformities, and incomplete works, and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate daily with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain smooth site operations.
  • Review and verify that materials delivered to site comply with approved samples, technical submittals, and project standards.
  • Ensure that construction and finishing activities are completed in line with the approved project schedule and report any delays or programme implications.
  • Supervise finishing trades including, but not limited to, drywall and gypsum works, cladding, ceiling installations, flooring, joinery, painting, and final fit-out details.
  • Monitor the interface between architectural, interior, and MEP works to ensure proper coordination and avoid clashes on site.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, snagging lists, and quality records.
  • Support the project team in inspections, handover procedures, and close-out of outstanding works.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, site safety requirements, and applicable local regulations
