Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. 5–12 years UAE site experience supervising concrete repair works
2. Hands-on background in concrete repair, strengthening, or restoration preferred — formwork, steel fixing, and concrete works backgrounds also considered
3. Practical knowledge of repair materials and how they behave: repair mortars, bonding agents, micro-concrete, grouts, epoxy and PU injection resins (Sika, Fosroc, MBCC systems)
4. Confident operating and supervising the use of repair tools and plant
5. Able to lead a crew and communicate clearly in English (Hindi/Urdu an advantage)
6. Third-party certification (scaffolding, working at height, first aid) an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervise repair and strengthening crews on site day to day: breaking out and patch repair, jacketing, crack treatment, CFRP, surface preparation, cutting and openings
2. Make sure the work is done the right way — correct surface preparation, correct mixing, correct curing — and stop it when it isn’t
3. Control materials on site: receiving, storage, batch and expiry checks, mixing ratios, and waste
4. Run the tools and machinery properly and keep them maintained: jackhammers, needle guns and scabblers, grinders, core drills and wall saws, injection pumps, mixers, compressors, and access equipment
5. Manage daily manpower allocation, timekeeping, and productivity
6. Enforce safety on site: permits, PPE, barricading, working at height, hot works
7. Report daily progress, quantities, and site issues to the Site Engineer
