REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and engage continuing online students throughout their program.
- Assist students with readiness steps and Canvas LMS navigation.
- Partner with Financial Aid and Academic Departments to ensure student requirements are met.
- Identify and report students at risk of withdrawal or academic issues.
- Help improve student retention, satisfaction, and overall success.
- Conduct daily outreach to absent students via calls, texts, and emails.
- Support student activities and engagement events.
- Oversee Student Mentors and Student Ambassadors.
