REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification to effectively respond in emergencies.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience in operating organizational vehicles is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Technical proficiency in using basic computer systems or management software for record keeping and communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse community members and team colleagues.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling safety concerns or urgent situations efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, energetic attitude, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Assist with daily operations, including managing check-ins, providing information, and guiding members through available services.
- Support safety protocols by performing basic first aid when necessary and responding promptly to emergencies using CPR techniques if required.
- Drive organizational vehicles responsibly for errands or member-related activities, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas to promote a safe and inviting environment.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate events or activities that enhance member engagement.
- Keep accurate records of member interactions, incidents, and safety checks to ensure smooth operations.
